ROGEZ LABS is a company based in Nantes, France, dedicated to building and looking after software. Founded by Fredy Rogez, it offers a single, versatile point of contact for the whole of your project: from the first sketch to production, and on into long-term support.
This “one-person agency” model is not a fallback, it is a conviction formed over more than 20 years in IT, 15 of them self-employed.
Too many projects are slowed by silos between teams, too many technical decisions diluted in endless approval chains, too many clients lost between a salesperson, a project manager, a developer and a system administrator who never speak to one another.

Fredy Rogez
Hi, I’m Fred. I founded ROGEZ LABS in 2025, after more than 20 years across different corners of IT: technician, then systems and network administrator, founder and director of NAOROX SARL for 14 years, then full-stack developer in consultancy on complex web applications for vocational training, industry and healthcare.
That double background, development and infrastructure, is what lets ROGEZ LABS take a project from its first line of code all the way to the server that runs it.
