Data controller

The data controller is ROGEZ LABS SAS, a simplified joint stock company whose registered office is at 4 rue Pierre Yvernogeau, 44300 Nantes, France, registered with the RCS of Nantes under number 990419129.

Contact form

When a visitor sends a message through the form, ROGEZ LABS receives and processes the data they entered themselves:

• Name, email address, subject and message.

Purpose: to read the inquiry and answer it.

Legal basis: steps taken at the request of the person concerned prior to entering into a contract, and the legitimate interest of ROGEZ LABS in answering the inquiries addressed to it.

Recipient: ROGEZ LABS only. The message is delivered by email to a company mailbox. This data is never sold, transferred, or used for automated prospecting.

Retention: for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and the relationship that follows from it. Exchanges that lead nowhere are deleted once they no longer serve a purpose.

Everything is entered freely: none of this information is obtained other than by voluntarily submitting the form, and the site performs no data enrichment whatsoever.

Server logs

Like any web server, the infrastructure serving this site technically records every request it receives. That log contains the visitor’s IP address, the date and time, the URL requested, the originating page (referer) and the user agent.

Purpose: to keep the service running, diagnose incidents and detect intrusion attempts. These logs feed a system that automatically blocks malicious IP addresses.

Legal basis: the legitimate interest of ROGEZ LABS in ensuring the security and availability of its infrastructure.

Retention: 90 days.

These logs are used for no analytics, no profiling and no analysis of browsing behavior.

Cookies and local storage

This site sets no cookies. Not when the pages are simply browsed, and not at any other moment: no cookie is set, neither by the site nor by anyone else. No consent banner is therefore needed.

The site also carries:

• no analytics or audience measurement tool;
• no advertising pixel and no tracking social media button;
• no resource loaded from a third-party domain — fonts, images and scripts are all hosted on the site’s own server, including the fonts originating from Google, which are bundled at build time and never fetched from Google’s servers during a visit.

In local storage (localStorage), which is separate from cookies, one single piece of information is stored, and it is stored for everyone: the light or dark theme preference, under the key theme. It is read on every page load, so the chosen theme applies without a flash, but it is only written after an explicit click on the theme button. It contains no identifier, is never sent to the server, and falls under the consent exemptions for display preferences expressed by the user. It can be erased at any time by clearing the site data in your browser.

Links to outside sites (social networks, partner sites) load nothing until they are clicked. Once a link is followed, the privacy policy of the destination site applies.

Hosting and processors

• Hosting: OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France. The servers are located in France.
• Email delivery: a mail server operated by ROGEZ LABS, also hosted in France.

No data is transferred outside the European Union in the course of running this site.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, everyone concerned has a right of access to, rectification of, erasure of and portability of their data, as well as a right to restriction and a right to object to processing.

These rights are exercised by email to Enable JavaScript to see the email address. ROGEZ LABS answers within one month. Proof of identity may be requested where there is reasonable doubt about the identity of the person making the request.

Should a disagreement persist, a complaint may be lodged with the French data protection authority (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, or online at www.cnil.fr.

Updates

This policy may be amended to reflect a change to the site or to the regulations. Last updated: September 22, 2026.
